The Federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act, Public Law 106-69, Section 350 (1999), and Tennessee Code Annotated 55-25-102 prohibits our office from disclosing motor vehicle record information.
The Tennessee Department of Revenue requires the request be made with their office in Nashville. Click the link below for the application with instructions and contact information.
